A luxury shop, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a Showroom Manager to engage with customers, manage daily operations, and assist the owner with projects across three businesses. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement – Greet and assist customers, provide expert product recommendations, and drive sales across all three brands: Client Services – Guide clients through custom stationery orders, creating digital proofs (training provided): Operations & Organization – Keep the showroom pristine, managing inventory, handling in-store transactions: Project Assistance – Work closely with the owner on various brand-related projects, from event prep to social media support: Brand Ambassador – Represent the brands with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidates must be a natural salesperson, organized and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning basic design software for stationery proofs (training will be provided). A team player, positive, stylish, and energetic, with a strong sense of initiative. Schedule: Monday–Friday 40 hours, with a one-hour lunch break. Salary: 60k -100k depending on experience + commission. Immediate start
