A family of six, with homes in downtown Manhattan and Southampton, needs to hire a highly skilled Private Chef. Responsibilities include: menu creation, food shopping, meal prep, organization of the pantry and refrigerators, procurement of kitchen supplies, and anything else pertaining kitchen maintenance. Must have experience cooking for parties and have a willingness to follow specific dietary requirements if needed. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as team spirit to work harmoniously with other staff. Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and creative. Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday in the city, and 6 days during the summer in Southampton. Salary range: $150-180k and benefits.
