She is a skilled and experienced tried and true Pavillion Cook/Executive Housekeeper with over 20 years of long term experience. She is extremely meticulous, organized, and has a pitch-in attitude. VZ is adept in managing households; her previous duties have included keeping calendars, overseeing home renovations, accepting deliveries, setting-up appointments with vendors, running errands, and so much more. Furthermore, she is a meticulous housekeeper (experienced cleaning large apartments and townhouses) and an exacting laundress.
Additionally, she is a superb cook. VZ is able to prepare delicious meals specially tailored to her principals’ tastes and requests, as well as create authentic recipes from dishes handed down through generations. She has knowledge of different cuisines (American, Asian, Italian, etc.) and is comfortable working around various dietary needs (Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, etc.). She is knowledgeable in various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.), setting and decorating the table, and flower arrangement.
She is comfortable preparing healthy daily meals for families as well as executing larger dinner parties and has a sunny disposition and is a delight to have around. She is available for a long-term live out position, flexible with her hours, and happy to work in the Hamptons in the summer.
