A family of four, soon to be five, in Spartanburg, SC, needs to hire an experienced live-out Nanny. Initially, the role will focus on caring for a toddler and a school-aged child, with responsibilities expanding to include the newborn once the current baby nurse concludes their care. Responsibilities include: managing the children’s schedules, overseeing their clothing and room organization, ensuring that supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained, preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children and assisting with family dinners as needed. Candidates must be reliable drivers, and comfortable working with dogs. The Nanny will be responsible for supporting the children’s development, ensuring milestones are met, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities, including educational games, sports, and outdoor play. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. with occasional late nights (one to two per month) and weekend coverage (approximately once per month). Salary range: $85,000 to $95 per year, with health insurance provided after a probationary period. Relocation assistance and housing may be offered to the right candidate. Immediate start.
