A family of four, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, needs to hire an experienced Nanny to help care for their infant and school aged child. Responsibilities include: planning educational and enriching activities, monitoring developmental milestones, driving the children to and from school and activities, pitching in to help with light housekeeping and laundry as needed, packing and unpacking for travel, accompanying the family during extended periods of travel (abroad and domestic) throughout the year. The family travels throughout the entire summer, so candidates eager and flexible for this would be ideal. During travel, the Nanny will be provided separate, private accommodations. Candidates must drive and have their own vehicle.
Nannies with background in ABA or experience with ASD would be highly valued. Ideal candidates will be flexible, proactive, collaborative with hands-on parents and have a gentle approach with children. Schedule will require flexibility, but will typically be from Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm or 9am-5/6pm. Salary range: $35-40/hr. plus health insurance stipend. Immediate start.
