A busy family of four, in the Austin, TX. Suburbs. Needs to hire a live in or live out Nanny/ Family Assistant to care for their two children (both early elementary age). Responsibilities include: helping get the children ready in the morning and school drop off, picking the children up from school, planning, scheduling & transporting the children to afterschool activities, household errands & grocery shopping, light meal prep & cooking meals for the children, child-related laundry & housekeeping, helping to keep the home tidy, bed & bath routines, scheduling & overseeing household maintenance, and some travel with the family. All candidates must be creative & developmentally savvy, have a valid license and be able to swim. The family is open to live in or local live out applicants and provide a private bed and bath for live in. Schedule is working the morning shift from 7am to 8:30/9am and then returning around 3:30/4 and working until 7:30/8pm, possibly more hours during the day if someone can provide extra assistance around the home. Salary range: $30-45/hr. with health care stipend. Likely August start.
