A family, in Delray Beach, FL, needs to hire an experienced part-time House Manager to join their team. Responsibilities include: assistance in the scheduling of household vendors and service providers for the interior, exterior and grounds of 7 residential and rental properties, reviewing invoices and paying bills, calendar management in tandem with the family’s full-time Executive Assistant, coordinating occasional social events, organizing meal plans and grocery delivery, making travel arrangements (domestic and international), updating gift lists, holiday cards, birthdays, etc. and scheduling monthly dog grooming.
A pitch in attitude to take on other administrative household tasks and errands as needed. Good communication and technology skills needed with required knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation. Must be comfortable being around dogs. This is a part-time year-round opportunity (20hrs/week). Most assignments can be managed remotely, but flexibility to be on site is required. Salary range: $45-55/hr plus health care stipend. Immediate start.
