A couple with a property in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Full-Time, Live-in Executive Housekeeper/House Manager/Cook or a Domestic Couple to help run the home. The person currently in the role is retiring after a 20 year tenure and the family is looking for their next long-term hire. Responsibilities for the role will include: overseeing the general cleanliness and organization of the home, keeping the home stocked with food and supplies, preparing healthy meals, scheduling and overseeing vendors, ensuring the home is in tip top shape and everything is running smoothly, driving principals to appointments, running errands, and other ad-hoc projects. The principals will bring in additional help for the deep cleaning, but this person will be responsible for day to day upkeep and tidying. Candidates must be tech savvy, and have a clean driver’s license. While there are no children in the home, candidates should be child friendly since the grandkids visit on occasion. Applicants should be comfortable working on Thanksgiving when the extended family is in residence. The schedule will be working five days per week with flexibility needed especially when the principals are on property (approximately 5 months out of the year). There is a private apartment provided, which is located above the garage. Great employers with high standards yet easy going demeanors. The position is offering a salary of $80-100k for one person and $160k for a Domestic Couple depending on experience and skillset. Health insurance will also be provided. Immediate hire.
