A family of three, in SoHo, needs to hire an experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager to assist with the principal’s personal lives and their homes. Responsibilities include: calendar maintenance, booking travel and making travel itineraries, making reservations, acting as a liaison with vendors, running errands, tracking inventory, purchasing items, supervising contractors, outside services, interior designers, etc. Travel to the family’s upstate home is required. Candidates who apply should be child and pet friendly. The schedule is Monday through Friday full-time working 40 – 50 hours per week. The position will be a hybrid working inside of the family’s home and remotely. Salary range $100k – $120k plus benefits. Immediate start.
