A family of four, in Palm Beach Island, Florida, needs to hire a highly organized, live-in or live-out Head Nanny/Family Assistant who can assist a stay-at-home Mom with the care of two active boys and an infant. The day will start with a morning routine: breakfast time and preparing the children for and dropping them off to school. Then most of nanny’s time will be dedicated to caring for the baby: diapering, feeding, bathing, engaging in educational play, going for walks and implementing an appropriate sleep schedule. The nanny must be familiar with helping infants with their transition into toddlerhood: introducing solid foods, transitioning to straw and cup, baby proofing the home, handling and assembling new gear, and helping baby hit various milestones. In the afternoon, the nanny will sometimes chaperone the other children as needed and supervise their evening routine. The ideal candidate must be a highly engaging and detail oriented individual. Must be a dog lover and travel with the family domestically and internationally. Flexibility to work an occasional holiday would also be required. Generous salary and benefits offered.
