A busy couple, with homes in Manhattan and Southampton, needs to hire a resourceful House Manager/Personal Assistant who can take charge of the upkeep and management of their homes at both locations. Responsibilities include: staff supervision, household calendar management, online research, procurement and replenishment of supplies, troubleshooting, pet care, scheduling repairs, minor handyman duties, assistance with event planning, organization of storage areas, vendor supervision, household and personal errands, seasonal projects, and other ad-hoc duties as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to anticipate and meet the needs of the principals in a highly efficient and timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as flexibility with days and hours. Must love dogs and work as a team with the family’s Executive Assistant, Chauffeur and Housekeeper. The schedule is: Thursday-Monday (40-60 hours as needed). Salary: $150k + and benefits.
