A family, in Chelsea, needs to hire an experienced, detail-oriented, full-time Housekeeper to maintain their townhome. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily upkeep; maintaining overall organization and tidiness throughout the residence; preserving all household surfaces, including counters, floors, mirrors, walls, glass, stone, and woo, caring for fine items, including art, handling family laundry and linen, running errands, restocking household and personal supplies, monitoring household inventories, watering plants, assisting with light pet care, providing vendor oversight and helping to prepare the residence for the family’s and guests’ arrivals. The Housekeeper will also perform regular house checks to ensure everything is tidy and in proper working order. This person will work closely with the family’s Personal Assistant and should be comfortable responsibly managing household keys, alarm systems, security applications, and vendor access. Strong laundry and ironing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently identify and address household needs are essential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, with some flexibility required when the full family is in town. Base salary is $90,000–$120,000 with excellent corporate benefits. Late fall hire.
