A family, near Columbus Circle, needs to hire an experienced full-time, live-out, Hindi-speaking Housekeeper/Cook to join a well-maintained home. Responsibilities include: preparing fresh, vegetarian home-style Indian meals, planning menus, managing grocery shopping, maintaining kitchen inventory, and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized. In addition to cooking, the role involves light housekeeping duties such as making beds, keeping the home tidy and well-kept, and providing household administrative support, including scheduling, running errands, and coordinating day-to-day tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant experience in both cooking and household support, be fluent in Hindi to communicate effectively with the household, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. The schedule is Monday – Friday, from 8am-5/6pm, with flexibility to work more hours when the family is in residence. Salary range: $80 – $95K, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
