A family of four, in West Palm Beach, needs to hire a detail-oriented Full-Time, Live-Out Household Assistant. Responsibilities include: laundry and ironing, general clean-up and tidying/organization, preparing snacks and simple dinners, possibly driving children to scheduled activities (not a requirement but can be discussed), and overseeing occasional service providers such as maintenance or appliance professionals, including notifying homeowners of any issues and light clean-up after visits if needed. The family employs a separate housekeeper for deep and traditional cleaning, so this role is centered more on daily upkeep, laundry and ironing, tidying, and general household maintenance and organization rather than on heavy cleaning. The ideal candidate is formally trained or highly experienced with laundry and garment care, able to follow instructions while also being proactive in noticing low supplies or minor maintenance concerns. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential, as is providing advance notice for schedule changes or planned time off. Mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided when using a personal vehicle for work duties. The schedule is working Monday – Friday from 11am – 7pm. Salary range: $40–$45/hour with a healthcare stipend. Immediate start.
