A family of four, with homes in TriBeCa and Florida and the Hamptons, needs to hire a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager. Responsibilities include: Helping to maintain the homes with eye for detail and style, scheduling and staff coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking and coordinating with bookkeeping, accounting and tax advisors, vendor relations and personal and household shopping as needed. House management duties include: preparing the homes for the family’s arrival (stocking the home, arranging with movers, unpacking, arranging for appropriate vendors – pool, gardening- etc.), managing the family’s rental property in Florida and general logistical assistance. The schedule is a flexible week – usually Monday – Friday with the need for travel to the Florida and Hamptons properties as needed. Salary: $150k + a health insurance stipend. Immediate start.
