Position: Bookkeeper, Full Time, Personal Assistant
Location: Live-out, Remote

A busy Entrepreneur needs to hire an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive financial, administrative, and personal support. This position is heavily focused on bookkeeping, record keeping, data management, and financial administration, making it an ideal opportunity for a candidate who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and highly detailed information. Candidates with experience working in the accounting or financial services industries and/or supporting finance professionals and their families personally are particularly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include: maintaining financial records, tracking and processing invoices and payments, monitoring property-related vendors, expenses and utilities, organizing receipts, reconciling accounts, managing detailed Excel spreadsheets, and ensuring accurate record keeping across multiple properties and personal affairs. The successful candidate will also handle a significant volume of medical billing, insurance, and healthcare administration, including reviewing and tracking medical bills, coordinating with doctors’ offices, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers, monitoring claims and reimbursements and maintaining detailed records and logs. Additional responsibilities include: assisting with tax preparation by organizing documentation, maintaining accurate records, managing personal and business-related paperwork, coordinating appointments and travel, and providing general administrative support as needed. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity for a polished professional with exceptional organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, discretion, follow-through, and the ability to work independently are essential. The principal is seeking a long-term partner who can bring structure, accuracy, and consistency to complex personal and financial matters. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ET. While the position is remote, preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the professional culture, communication style, and business landscape of major Northeast metropolitan markets, including New York City, Boston, and Washington, D.C. Salary range: 125-150K plus medical insurance. Immediate start.
