A Company, downtown, needs to hire for an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant that can help support the two founders of the company and their families. Responsibilities include: project based event coordination, high volume e-mail/phone communication, document manipulation, records maintenance and meeting planning and preparation, handling, planning and executing dinner parties and hosted events, both business and personal, gifting, household coordination, and special requests The EA/PA will act as a gatekeeper and administrator, providing detailed travel and calendar management for two busy professionals as well as their young families. Staff management as well as reporting capabilities are also necessary. Schedule is M- F 8am-6pm requiring flexibility after hours. Salary range: 120k-175k plus health insurance, retirement account and a commuter program. Immediate start.
