A family of five, in TriBeCa, needs to hire a full-time Nanny/Household assistant to tag team with a hands-on stay at home parent caring for three children (kindergarten through elementary-school age). Childcare responsibilities include: school pick up, homework help, shuttling the children to afternoon activities, planning developmentally appropriate activities & outings (mainly for the youngest), child-related housekeeping & laundry. Household assistant responsibilities include: helping to keep common areas tidy & organized, assisting with family laundry and light meal prep – no deep cleaning is required, as the family does have a part time housekeeper for this. The parent wants someone who can truly partner with them on daily responsibilities. Schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm with an occasional 8am start or weekend needed. The Nanny should be able to stay overnight occasionally. Salary range: $30-32/hr. Flexible start date.
