A Manhattan family is seeking a Domestic Couple to join their team and assist with the year-around upkeep of their secondary home in Southampton, NY. Responsibilities will include indoor housekeeping responsibilities such as daily upkeep, organization, deep cleaning, family laundry, helping to set up breakfast, light serving, some errands, greeting & assisting guests, and handling mostly outdoor houseman duties, such as maintaining pool and patio spaces, cleaning furniture, power washing, setting up furniture, umbrellas & towels, some heavy lifting in and around the home, light pet care, and both individuals must be able to pitch in and assist other staff wherever needed. Valid driver’s license is a must.  Open to both live in and live out options and there is a private apartment offered on the property. While employers have high standards of excellence, they are friendly and looking for a couple who will mesh well with the energy in the home. Fall/Winter/Spring are the slower seasons and family is typically in residence every 2-3 weeks or for a few weekends. During this time, the schedule is mainly Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm. During the busy Summers, weekend coverage and longer days will be required (usually 7am to 10pm) but these shifts are also supported by and split between a larger seasonal team. Flexible start for the right fit! Salary is 180-220K with benefits.
