Working parents, in Oceanside, NY., need to hire a full-time Nanny to assist in the care of their infant. Responsibilities include: monitoring developmental milestones, engaging in developmentally appropriate play, social & outdoor activities, feeding, diapering, bathing, child’s laundry & child related upkeep, as well as sanitizing toys & bottles, maintaining child’s routines, and keeping parents updated. Must be comfortable working in a home with a dog. All applicants must have excellent infant experience, be CPR certified, have a valid license and be up to date on all vaccines. A background in childhood education or related degree would be a plus and have the ability to travel. Salary range: is $25-35/hr. Schedule is Monday to Friday, primarily between 7am and 5:30pm with some flexibility for later starts when one parent is working from home. Immediate start.
