A busy Manhattan family of three is seeking an exceptional and professional Housekeeper to help maintain and manage their main residence, as well as two additional properties. Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundering & ironing, light pet care, running household errands & ensuring the home stays stocked, assisting with some entertaining & special events, and general organization. Light meal preparation and occasional cooking are also required. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of high-level household care. There are currently three adults in the home with plans to expand so all applicants must be child and family friendly. Must be ok working in a home with cats. Additional properties are minutes from the primary residence and requires two ½ days a week work of care. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm with flexibility for some additional coverage on special occasions. Salary $40-50/hr with health insurance contribution.
