A family of six, on Cape Cod, needs to hire an energetic live-in Family Assistant to ensure their home is running smoothly. Responsibilities include: running errands, household/ grocery shopping, driving the children home from school/ appointments/ sports, assisting with administrative tasks, travel planning, engaging (mostly) the youngest two, child-related laundry & housekeeping, helping to keep the home organized, preparing school lunches and meals for the children. Family offers a private apartment as seasonal housing, available 42 weeks of the year with 10 paid weeks off in the summer, when this apartment will not be available. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm with some flexibility needed. Both parents work and are looking for a responsible, yet fun, third adult. Experience with large busy families. Must swim and drive. Salary: $40 hr. plus health insurance contribution. Immediate start.
