A Manhattan family of four, with a home in the Hamptons, needs to hire a full-time Nanny to care for their two young children. Responsibilities include: infant care duties (diapering, etc.) for the youngest, monitoring developmental milestones, engaging the children in age-appropriate fun educational activities, planning outings, handling child-related housekeeping duties, preparing healthy meals and snacks, sterilizing toys, school pick up and drop off, and possible light travel with the family. The right fit will be creative, active, engaging, educationally focused and have an understanding of boundaries. All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of childcare experience, a college degree, driver’s license be able to swim, as well as having CPR & First Aid certifications. Education or a related degree are a big plus. When in the city, this role is live out but for the summer months the Nanny must live in with separate and private accommodations provided. Salary range: $35-40/hr. base with monthly health insurance stipend. Schedule is 5 days a week, ideally with at least one day being Saturday or Sunday, 7am and 7pm. Immediate start.
