A couple, in Hudson Valley, NY, needs to hire an experienced Project Manager who can take charge of the upkeep and maintenance of their 8 acre property and oversee the extensive renovations of their large home. Daily presence on the property will be required in order to establish rapport with and manage construction crews and other service providers, answer pertinent questions to expedite the work flow, manage schedules, research, evaluate and review cost considerations, liaise with principals and family office, conduct inspections, examine and procure necessary approvals and certifications as needed, maintain safety measures, and keep everything in line with state laws and guidelines to ensure the timely completion of the project.
