Matriarch of a high-net-worth family, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a highly skilled Personal Assistant to manage her personal and professional needs. Responsibilities include: calendar management/scheduling, making reservations, travel arrangements, personal correspondence, staff supervision and coordination with family office staff, tracking household staff time sheets, project management, vendor scheduling, event/dinner party coordination, accompany to doctor appointments and personal shopping. Candidates will work within the personal residence and offsite. Travel with the principal is not required. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years’ experience providing administrative and personal assistance to HNW individuals. Strong PC and Mac skills required. Schedule is typically Monday to Friday from 8:30am-6:30pm with flexibility to be contacted on off-time for immediate matters as principal travels extensively. Salary range: $125-$150k DOE plus benefits. Must live in NYC or surrounding boroughs. Immediate start.
