Position: Full Time, Handyman, Houseman
Location: Live-out, Manhattan, New York
A family, on the Upper East Side, need to hire a knowledgeable Houseman/Handyman to take charge of the upkeep and maintenance of multiple residences including: security systems, HVAC, vehicles, repairs, household waste disposal, deliveries, pickups, errands, scheduling and overseeing service providers, heavy lifting, changing lightbulbs, troubleshooting, and other ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a team spirit. Must work harmoniously with other staff and take and follow directions well. The schedule is: 9am-5pm from Monday-Friday with flexibility in case of emergencies. Salary range: $100-120k and benefits. Immediate start.
