A couple, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a Companion to assist with day to day activities. Responsibilities include: managing and scheduling appointments, escorting them to doctor appointments, assistance with paying bills, administering medications, preparing meals and ensuring proper dietary nutrition, administrative tasks and providing companionship. The couple also has two small friendly dogs and the companion must care for them such as feeding, walking, and taking to vet appts. There is a secondary home in CT and the couple prefers candidates who can occasionally travel there and manage the property. Drivers are preferred, not a requirement. The schedule is Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, but flexibility is needed. Salary range: $35-45/hr. plus a health insurance stipend. Immediate start.
