A family of five, with homes in Greenwich Village and Oyster Bay, NY, needs to hire an experienced Housekeeper/Laundress to maintain both residences. Candidates will work in the city from September to May/June with occasional days on Long Island. Summers are spent working on Long Island with occasional days in the city. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily maintenance, laundry/ironing and closet organization, light kitchen prep – washing/cutting veggies and putting groceries away, occasional walking of the friendly family dog is a +. Candidates must drive and have their own vehicle to commute to Oyster Bay as needed. Schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30/9am to 4:30/5pm. Family is flexible with exact hours for the right candidate. Salary range:: $40-45/hr. plus health insurance contribution. Immediate start.
