A family of three, in Bronxville, needs to hire a full-time Nanny/ Family Assistant to help care for their early elementary-age children and ensure their home is running smoothly. The Nanny/ Family Assistant will be responsible for afterschool childcare, as well as all child-related housekeeping & cooking, care for a small-medium size dog, running errands & grocery shopping, taking the child to afterschool activities, engaging in age-appropriate games & activities and assisting with family laundry & household organization. There is a part-time housekeeper, who is responsible for the main cleaning duties. Family requires that this person have a valid license, be CPR certified (or willing to get), swim, have a minimum of 5 years of experience, be up to date on vaccines (covid included), and speak perfect English. A college degree is preferred and the Nanny must be able to run around, engage, and keep up with a very active child. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 10/11am to 7pm, with flexibility to work some evenings or weekends with notice. Salary range: $30-35/hr. Immediate start.
