A family, in Tribeca, needs to hire a highly experienced Housekeeper who can take charge of the upkeep and maintenance of their 6,000 square foot home three days a week and their neighbor’s apartment two days a week. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning, laundry (mostly folding, ironing, washing of sheets, towels), household organizing (maintaining the tidiness of bedroom closets, shelves and drawers. Pet care when needed (feed, walk, potential vet visit if needed and dog walker unavailable), household errands and deal with service providers. Develop weekly schedule for cleaning of sheets, towels, dusting of shelves, drawers, refrigerator and freezer, inside of all closets/pantry and perimeter of home dusting. The schedule is: 10am-6pm Mon -Fri, with occasional evenings on Fridays to help with big family / friend dinners. Flexibility will be required to travel to the Hamptons on occasion during July and August. Salary: $45-50/hour. Immediate start.
