Applicant I is an ESL (English Language teacher) from Brazil and is fluent in three languages: Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Applicant I has been working with kids her whole life and holds 7 years of teaching from Pre-school to High school, while in Brazil. In between her teaching career, she worked two years in an Au Pair program, working for two families in Long Island. When she returned to the United States permanently in 2022, she began working as a career nanny for two families. Applicant I also works at BOCES as a teacher AIDE, helping children with disabilities. Her experience as a nanny is with children ages ranging from 11 months and up and she is comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. Applicant I is passionate about working with kids, is proactive, and can stay calm in situations that require it. She is an energetic, engaging, and trustworthy person that you can rely on when you need her. She was referred to Pavillion by one of my long-standing nannies who has worked with the agency for many years.
