She likewise learned to prepare, present and plate other cuisines by working together with the chefs in the households where she was employed. JG learned formal and informal dining services while working at a top rated restaurant in the Philippines while she learned museum quality home cleaning, property maintenance and managing multiple homes when she worked and served high profile families in Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania & Florida. She is fully capable of handling household tasks, meal planning, preparation & service (experienced with dietary restrictions), flower arrangements, event planning, daily housekeeping & shopping, polishing & caring for fine art & antiques as well as exceptional linen care and laundry duties.
As for RM he gained an amass of knowledge in estate and property management while both working alongside JG and in his prior domestic role as a houseman and personal assistant. He is knowledgeable in vendor management, negotiating contracts, handling budgets and finances, smart homes and electronics, and much more. He also has hands on experience with cleaning, serving, vehicle maintenance and care, pool and spa maintenance, gardening and landscaping, and chauffeuring.
They are fully vaccinated and travel ready and are seeking their next long term position. They live in South Florida and are happy to do a live-in or live-out role in the area.
