Ever since she was young, she has been working with children, holding 8 plus years of experience in various roles ranging from a Nanny, Babysitter, Daycare Teacher, Camp counselor, Educator, and Parent-baby nursing assistant. She is experienced with children ages newborn to adolescents, including experience working with children with medical needs including ADD, ADHD, autism, behavioral issues, diabetes, and down-syndrome. This candidate is CPR, first aid, CNA, and water safety certified. She has received training in infant and child choking, sleep training, soothing techniques and is capable of responding to emergencies promptly.
She has experience in various educational and discipline models such a Montessori, RIE, and gentle discipline. She is comfortable creating schedules, presenting effective communication to families, and working as a full charge Nanny or as a teammate to additional Nannies and Parents.
