She is well-versed in caring for newborns to school-age children and is familiar with all aspects of their routine, i.e., setting and adhering to a naptime and sleep schedule, preparing homemade baby food and transitioning to solids, changing diapers and dressing, and most importantly, making sure that the children in her care are safe and well-cared for.
