Nanny MA is a thoughtful, reliable and adaptable Nanny. After 3 years as a school teacher, she came to the states and joined her first family. Leaning on her teaching experience, she uses techniques such as positive reinforcement and behavior modeling to instill discipline in children and encourage positive behaviors. She reads to the children, takes part in playtime, leads children in assisting her in tidying up, engages them in age-appropriate activities, and transports them to activities. She joined her second family in 2011 and added Family Assistant responsibilities as the children grew older. They moved to Denver, which she assisted with and spent a month in their new home helping them acclimate, and is now back in NY.
