We have enthusiastically and proudly represented Applicant M since 2020 and as one of our top-notch nannies, are always delighted to assist her in finding a new role. Applicant M is a true career nanny with nearly 15 years of experience working with children ages newborn through pre-teen, including children with special needs, food allergies, and medical dietary restrictions. She is currently located in Austin, TX. but is seeking a live-in rotating position for the long-term and is very happy to work anywhere in the U.S.  Applicant M holds a valid driver’s cense and has her own car, and has both a U.S. passport and a Global Entry Card. Additionally, she is an experienced mountain and snow driver, something she became accustomed to while working in Oregon. She holds numerous certifications, including Basic Life Support, Water Safety, Newborn Care Specialist, Food Safety and Food Allergy, Nanny Basics, Brain Story, Postpartum, and Birth Doula, including many others, all listed on her resume. We placed Applicant M in her two most recent roles, the first of which came to an end due to some unfortunate circumstances within the home and the second which ended because of a family emergency. Her references have glowing things to say about her, including a father who told me that “[He] could not ask for a better nanny” and that she was “phenomenal in every sense of the word.” I was told that one of Applicant M ‘s greatest strengths in this position was her compassion and her ability to engage and relate to his young daughter with special needs. Another reference described Applicant M as personable and education-oriented, specifically because her mother is a teacher.  I was told that she’s fantastic at making sure everything runs smoothly and that when her employers come home at the end of the night, they can relax, as they don’t need to worry about “what needs to be taken care of?” Applicant M is excited to take the next step in her career and looks forward to finding another wonderful family to work for.
