Strong ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision. Well-versed in museum quality cleaning and organizing, high-end linen and wardrobe care, family style cooking, replenishing supplies, vehicle maintenance, grounds-keeping, overseeing service providers, pet care and assisting with entertaining. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting HVAC, audio/video equipment, security systems, pool/spa, irrigation and potable water systems. They are available for immediate hire.
