This is a poised, warm, and very caring. She speaks fluent Spanish and takes pride in teaching the language to the children she works for. She gloated to me that the girls in her care in her last position spoke Spanish with no accent, you would think that they were raised in Latin America! She was a teacher in Colombia for many years and as a result is well versed in developmental milestones and ways to improve children’s learning skills. She is seeking a long-term role with a great family.
