This includes caring for the grounds and landscaping (from gardens to walking paths to patios) as well as the pool, tennis courts, equipment, and luxury vehicles. This Groundskeeper/Assistant Caretaker ensures the estate is looking and running its best so the owners can simply enjoy it. Responsibilities have included big and small duties from coordinating contractors for larger repairs to washing windows and stocking fireplaces. Outside of the candidate’s skillset, this candidate is someone who respects an employer’s privacy, accessible to colleagues, is bi-lingual, and dedicated to the property.
