They have skillsets in all aspects ranging from cooking, cleaning, formal serving, handy man services, vendor relations, driving and more. They are incredibly reliable, courteous, honest, hardworking and committed to servicing their employers. They would like to make a long term commitment to a household that will benefit from their experience and skillsets. They pride themselves on their excellent worth ethic and dedication to their employers.
Her background is predominantly centered around the private yachting industry, where she has worked both as a stewardess responsible for the meticulous housekeeping, laundry, silver service and flower arranging and subsequently as a chef responsible for all meals onboard.
He worked as a Wild Land Firefighter, and a Craftsman for a contractor who built luxury homes in Oregon. He is extremely well versed in cleaning, maintenance, and construction. Furthermore, he is meticulously clean, organized and works well with others but also with a great deal of autonomy.
Both received formal chefs training from Ballymaloe Cookery School located in Cork, Ireland in 2016. Upon graduating she returned to the yachting industry to work as a chef on a 65-metre boat, responsible for cooking nutritious and healthy meals for the 16-crew, whilst also catering to the varying dietary requirements of the owners and international charter guests. In addition to this, she have also worked as a chalet host in France, catering for a 16-person chalet. Meanwhile, Greg has worked for an organic, family owned and operated farm located in Corvallis, Oregon, but most recently as a Temporary Estate Manager for a luxury home in Paradise Valley, AZ where he coordinated renovations for the initial phase of a house makeover.
Whether it’s cooking, cleaning, fixing, or building, both enjoy, and take a great deal of pride in providing exceptional, proactive service. They work extremely well together, and have done so professionally on numerous recent catering projects. Additionally they have a great work ethic, are extremely professional and take client confidentiality extremely seriously.
Although they do not have any formal experience in household staffing as a couple, believe there is strong crossover between their combined work experiences that will allow them to succeed in the role of a Domestic Couple.
