She is a highly skilled and organized chef whose career started in small, family owned restaurants on the east coast.  In 2015 she completed an internship in the Loire Valley, France, allowing her to grow as a chef and shift her focus to working for families in NYC and surrounding areas. For the past 10 years she has focused her career on creating bespoke culinary experiences tailored to the families’ preferences and dietary requirements, including various allergies, such as nuts, gluten, shellfish and allium, as well as specialty diets such as paleo, ketogenic, vegetarian and kosher. She is also an excellent baker, highly skilled in preparing delectable treats for events such as cocktail parties, birthday parties, game nights, baby showers, etc. In 2020 she completed a six-month course in Nutrition and Healthy living at Cornell University, applying the acquired knowledge to menu planning and sourcing seasonal, high quality ingredients essential to the flavorful, healthy and globally inspired meals she creates. She is seeking a full time or part-time Private Chef position and is available to work in NYC, Westchester County, and Long Island.
