S feels a natural connection towards children and enjoys creating a bond with the families she works for. She is always engaging with the children and puts their needs first. S has experience caring for children from infancy to school-aged, including twins. Her previous employers speak highly of her, stating she “devotes her full attention to each child and gives each of them what they individually need.” S is described as a top-notch nanny who is warm, proactive, and extremely hard-working. Her friendly, mature, and pitch-in attitude is what the families love most about her. I was first introduced to S in 2018 and successfully placed her as a full-time nanny for a Pavillion client. Unfortunately, this position came to an end in July 2019 when the family moved out of New York. The family loved S so much that they referred her to their friends and helped her find a new position. S recently became available for hire again (the children got older and don’t need her full-time) and she reached out to Pavillion to find another family in need of her assistance full-time and long-term. I immediately placed S with a Pavillion client working as their temporary nanny. This assignment will conclude at the beginning of June, making S available for a June hire.
