This talented Chef has held positions at numerous Michelin-Star restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park, Jean-Georges, and Le Cou Cou. They have a wide cuisine knowledge including Modern American, French, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Japanese which can be offered as plated courses or family-style. This Chef caters to the season, occasion, and individual preferences. Menus are prepared with much thought, the kitchen is maintained with pride, and everyone who eats – – client or colleague – – is treated as a guest.
This Chef is looking to pivot their culinary talents from the restaurant to a private residence on a Full-Time basis. They reside on the UES, drive, and have flexibility to travel between properties.
