Corporate Hospitality Staff
We are often asked to provide Corporate Hospitality Staff to some of the most prestigious companies in the world. These companies range in size from small boutique firms to Fortune 100 corporations. The purpose of these Corporate Hospitality positions is to assure the smooth and effective running of their day to day operations while satisfying the personal service needs of the executive staff.
Since all companies are not the same, tasks required are individually tailored to their unique and specialized operations. Following are descriptions for the various Corporate Hospitality Staff positions we work with:
Corporate Office Matron
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Walkthrough entire office throughout the day and ensure cleanliness and appearance of kitchens; including men’s/ladies’ rooms; and office common areas
- Dust and mop all surface areas
- Daily cleaning and wiping down of all gym equipment
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings; prepare/serve coffee and other refreshments and general breakdown and cleanup after.
- Stocking of kitchen supplies as well as general office cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Serving at luncheons and executive conferences.
Kitchen Assistant
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain general cleanliness of the corporate kitchen
- Assist with the preparation of the meals; such as chopping vegetables and fruits, etc.
- Plating food and formal serving for executives and guests
- Wash dishes, pots, pans and silverware
- Preparation for the following day’s service; setting out fresh linens, silverware, etc.
- Assure there is consistent fresh coffee, juices and other beverages as well as refreshments/snacks available at all times
- Work under direct supervision of Executive Chef
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Menu planning and developing
- Prepare all corporate meals for all occasions and events
- Adhere to specific dietary guidelines and restrictions accordingly, while preparing healthy, creative and diverse cuisines
- Maintain a sanitary kitchen at all times(all equipment to be kept thoroughly cleaned)
- Procure all food and wines from reputable establishments focusing on the freshest seasonal ingredients available
- Pantry maintenance
- Wine pairing
- Formal table setting and serving
- Catering for executive’s private functions and events both small and large
- Maintain awareness of executive’s preferences and favorites
- Play creative role in arranging themed events
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination/execution of business meetings and conferences, social functions and various parties
- Meet and receive guests
- Maintain/polishing silver and brass, china, crystal, etc.
- Provide formal table service
- Supervise hospitality staff
- Cooking
- Wine pairing
- Maintain an inventory of pantry
