A family of six, in Summit, NJ, needs to hire an experienced, proactive Full-Time, Live Out Housekeeper/Family Assistant. Responsibilities include: detailed family laundry and garment care, daily tidying and resetting of bedrooms and common areas, maintaining the kitchen, organizing pantries and closets, managing household inventory and deliveries, running errands, coordinating vendors, grocery shopping, preparing school lunches, snacks, and simple family dinners, and taking initiative with household organization projects. The role will also provide family support as needed, including school/activity transportation of the children, assisting with the baby or toddler while the Nanny is occupied, and helping with after-school routines and transitions. The ideal candidate will have professional private-household housekeeping experience, excellent attention to detail, strong initiative and judgment, and take genuine pride in maintaining a beautiful, calm, and well-organized home. Candidates must be comfortable driving, have their own reliable vehicle and a clean driving record, and be pet-friendly, as the family has a dog. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm (45 hours/week), with occasional flexibility for additional date nights or weekend hours. Salary range: $35–$45/hour. Immediate start!
