A stay-at-home mom, outside of Baltimore, needs to hire an experience Nanny to help care for her toddler and a baby on the way. Responsibilities include: primary focus on infant care for baby due early 2026, implement and maintain nap and feeding schedule, assisting with care for toddler in tandem with Mom, attend child classes and age appropriate outings when needed, assist with tidying, collaborate with Mom to allow for balance of rest and quality time with children, light meal preparation is a great bonus, overall teamwork with Mom to keep the routine running smoothly. Candidates must have experience caring for infants and toddlers, ideally at the same time. Must be comfortable working as a team player with stay-at-home Mom. The family is open to candidates seeking part-time or full-time hours between Monday to Friday and will be flexible for the right person. Salary range: $30-40/hr. February 2026 start, but the family is flexible.
