A family of four, in Short Hills, NJ, needs to hire a full time, live out, Nanny to assist in the care of their young toddler and elementary-age children. Responsibilities include: school drop off and pick up, engaging the children in developmentally appropriate activities, helping the eldest with homework, traveling with the family, child related housekeeping/ laundry, and preparing meals for the children. The ideal applicant will have a background in education and/or a related degree with experience caring for neurodivergent children. While this is a live out role, the family does have additional homes (including one in South Florida) where there would be regular travel so all applicants must have the flexibility to spend a week or two away when needed. Must have experience with children of similar ages, be nurturing & engaging, and have a valid license & passport. The family is flexible to assist with relocation and/or temporary housing for the right fit and ideally want someone who can make a minimum 2 to 3- year commitment to them. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm with a late night usually once a week. Salary $1,300-1,800 week guaranteed base, depending on experience, plus health insurance. Immediate start.
