Pavillion has had the pleasure of working with Candidate M since 2009 when a placement specialist at our agency placed her with a family. When the family decided to return to London, the same specialist successfully placed her with another family where she was employed from 5 years until the children began school full time and they no longer needed a full time nanny. In 2015, our agency was contacted by a third family that were in need of a nanny for the two young boys, one with special needs. Candidate M rose to the challenge and worked with the family for 4 years when they decided to move to California. She still remains in contact with family today.
Candidate M has a true love for working with children and takes great pride in the accomplishments of the young ones she has cared for throughout her career. She is CPR/First Aid certified for Adults and infant and is highly experienced in working with children with special needs (Asperger’s, Autism and ADHD). Candidate M has a kind and gentle personality, is very thoughtful and caring and truly puts her heart into her chosen profession.
