She is well educated, holds strong communication skills, and has a no job is too big or too small approach. She knows what it takes to be available to her principals, yet not be an overpowering presence. She can properly set a formal table, and is aware of the etiquette needed to provide proper lunch and dinner service. She has a love for flowers and knows how to prepare and care for arrangements to ensure they last. She worked alongside a French chef and knows her way around the kitchen.
