RC is an educated Nanny and Teacher who has experience working inside classrooms and private households. Her childcare experience expands across all age groups including working with twins, and children with special needs. She has professional experience caring for children ages 1-year-old to school-aged but personally has infant experience. She speaks two languages fluently: English and Italian and has the ability to teach children a second language. She was an elementary teacher in Italy, and worked as a Secondary Italian Language Teacher in many school districts throughout New York State. She is a simple woman with high moral values. She lives her life based on love, integrity, honesty, and humility. She has a positive attitude about life achievements.
RC believes she can impact a child’s life (any age) in so many ways: with kind words, smiles, positive feedback, and so much more. As a caretaker, it is very important for her to maintain a happy, lively, and safe environment for the kids or babies in her care. She enjoys playing a crucial role in the development and overall well-being of children and their families. Her top priority is to understand a child’s social and emotional needs so he/she can feel safe, validated, accepted, prioritized, trusted, and supported in order to thrive in any environment. She is currently working for a family part time, but is looking forward to finding a family that needs her services full time and long-term. She believes in open communication and works well with hands-on parents as well as leads independently. She is seeking a full-time live-out Nanny position, she offers flexibility with her schedule, drives, swims, is a good cook (loves cooking) and can travel domestically and internationally.
